I always wondered why it was named Fresh VS Bad Company, and not Fresh )E|3( or Fresh feat. Bad Company. I know it was that perdiod of time when he started to build his own name/brand, but "versus" looks slightly hostile ha ha Beautiful remix regardless :)

I’ve just listened to this for the first time in many years & I believe this Fresh remix to be…. the worst Drum & Bass track of all time. Now, of course anyone who’s produced music before will have some woeful tracks at the beginning of their production journey, & so I won’t include those tracks into that list & I’m sure there are some other, similarly awful, digital only obscure label Jump up/‘Pots & Pans’ Sausage Tech toxic waste, which will also be excluded from being given number 1 & here’s why: Daniel Stein, not just of DJ Fresh fame, but Bad Company & other aliases, is probably the most naturally talented D&B producer of all time. He not only, & quite incredibly; got two D&B tracks to UK number 1; which no one had even come close to before, but he’s also responsible for some of the greatest (Dancefloor) D&B tracks of all time. The man who made Brainscan, Trick of the Light, The Pulse, Hunted, Grunge 2, Big Love, Without You, Foreigner, Signal, Heavyweight & more, somehow also made this remix of a pretty decent Dillinja track. People usually quote Dillinja’s: ‘Fast Car’ as the worst of all time & that certainly deserves credit, but this era of Pendulum & Fresh switching from 2 step to swung triplets on the last 4 of the 16, was probably the worst era in the history of this genre. 😂
